The digital experience was just as crucial. For an immersive online presence, UI design was developed for both desktop & mobile, alongside custom Webflow development to ensure performance and functionality. Email marketing templates & automation were designed to streamline communication, while social media campaign strategy & content helped amplify the event’s reach. In addition, ad creatives including banners, videos, and landing pages were designed to engage potential attendees.
On-site, the experience was carefully planned, with stage & booth design integrating wayfinding, signage, and branding. Speaker kits including slides, virtual backgrounds, and templates ensured consistency across all presentations. Printed materials like badges, lanyards, programs, roll-ups, and posters added to the immersive experience, complemented by dynamic on-site branding such as banners, LED screens, and photo walls.
Collaborating with agencies & vendors, the event also featured merchandise & giveaways, including t-shirts, stickers, and tote bags, which carried the event’s identity into attendees' everyday lives. With attention to every detail, React Universe Conf became more than an event—it was a multi-faceted experience that successfully blended branding, web design, and live interaction.
